Four ways to spice up these crispy wonton crackers. These crackers are baked and make the best scoop for any kind of dip.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut wontons in half and in half again, to create small squares. Then, using a basting brush, brush a bit of olive oil on each cracker, place on a large baking sheet and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Bake 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut wontons in half to create large triangles. Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice and one tablespoon of Greek seasoning. Brush mixture onto each cracker and place on a large baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut wontons in threes, creating long rectangle shapes. Mix parmesan, garlic powder, parsley and salt together and set aside. Brush each cracker with olive oil and place on a large baking sheet. Then finish by sprinkling on the garlic, parmesan mixture. Bake 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Using a biscuit cutter, cut circles out of each wonton wrapper. Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon and set aside. Brush each cracker with olive oil and place on a large baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 8 minutes or until golden brown.
I use this Greek Seasoning for everything.
