INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic clove, minced fine
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 large flour tortillas (10 inches)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees F. Toast almonds for 6-8 minutes or until lightly golden and aromatic. Set aside.

  2. Whip together cream cheese and feta cheese. Stir in cooked bacon, cranberries, green onion, garlic and pepper and when cooled, add in almonds. Stir until fully combined.

  3. Divide mixture in three and spread over flour tortillas, roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap and let chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before cutting.
