Take a "pop"-sicle one step further and add ice cream! Cherry Coke Float Popsicles will have your whole family asking for dessert first!
Spoon two tablespoons of ice cream into each popsicle mold along with two cherry halves.
Slowly pour cherry coke into each mold, leaving about half an inch from the top of the mold for the popsicles to expand.
Freeze for at least eight hours.
To remove from the popsicle mold, run then end of the mold underwater for a minute or two and then gently pull each popsicle out of the mold. Store in a freezer bag or airtight container.
