I wasn't going to share this, it was a quick throw together lunch, but after one bite, I was convinced this needed to be passed along. An uncomplicated pizza that tastes gourmet and is quick enough that you can make it on your lunch hour.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread the pizza sauce over the naan bread. Top with spinach, then roasted red peppers, goat cheese, basil and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 14 minutes or until pizza is hot and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
