Summer in a bowl! Strawberries, raspberries, blueberrie and kiwis blend together to create the best fruit dip ever. Slightly sweet and perfectly fresh, this salsa will be a fast favourite.
Dice strawberries and kiwis into small pieces. If your blueberries are large, cut these in half or quarters. Cut raspberries in quarters.
Mix fruit together with apricot preserves and brown sugar. Blend until completely mixed.
Store in fridge.
