My son chose this salad over carbs, that's when you know it must be good! Feta, tomatoes, toasted nuts and bacon all tossed with a mixture of spinach and arugula and drizzled in your favourite dressing.
Toast the pecans and almonds in a preheated 400 degree F oven.
Toss the lettuce mixture with feta, tomatoes, bacon. Once the nuts have cooled, add those in and toss the salad until combined.
Serve with your favourite salad dressing. I suggest Italian, such as Olive Garden or a good quality ranch dressing.
