My ultimate favourite salad. This Crunchy Ramen Noodle Salad is loaded with almonds, sunflower and sesame seeds and a dressing that is so good! This Asian flavoured side dish is irresistible.
Toast the almonds under the broiler for a few minutes, until they're fragrant and golden brown. Watch these carefully as they can burn easily. Let these cool for a bit.
Combine all the salad ingredients except the ramen noodles. Whisk together the dressing and toss everything together. Adding in the noodles right before serving.
