The best condiment out there! Spicy Jalapeño Hot Honey is the sweetest way to introduce a little heat to any dish!
Pour honey into a medium pot over medium heat. Add thinly sliced jalapeños and red pepper flakes. Bring to just a boil then reduce heat and let simmer for five minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes. Strain through a mesh strainer into a temperature safe jar. Discard jalapeños and pepper flakes. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to two months.
