Don's Famous Caesars

Don's Famous Caesars is my Dad's most requested drink. It's a Canadian Favourite. A Clamato base mixed with spices and vodka. Perfect for a lazy afternoon.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 cup Clamato
  • 1/4 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp Frank's Red Hot sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 pinches celery salt + more for rimming
  • 1 shot Vodka
  • celery or pickle for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Rim a glass with a wedge of lime. Then twist it onto a plate lined with celery salt.

  2. Add about 3-4 ice cubes, then the Clamato juice and vodka. Squeeze the lime wedge into the glass. Next add the Frank's Red Hot, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and give it a good stir.

  3. Garnish with celery or a pickle, or your garnish of choice.
