The Best Chunky Guacamole

This was the first guacamole I ever tried and it's been my favourite version ever since. It's loaded with flavour and big chunks in every bite.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 roma tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp hot sauce I used Frank's Red Hot
  • salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop avocados into 1/2" chunks. Seed and chop tomatoes. Mix together. Add finely chopped garlic and cilantro along with hot sauce. Squeeze limes over the top and stir everything together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
