Weeknight Garlic Bread Pizza

The easiest, tastiest weeknight pizza out there! Grab a loaf of bakery-style garlic bread and load it up with your favourite pizza toppings. Let the kids share their own half. A family favourite any night of the week!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 loaf fresh garlic bread (I use the one from my grocery store deli)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella shredded
  • toppings (your choice)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Open garlic bread and spread a 1/2 cup of pizza sauce on each half. Add your favourite toppings and then one cup of mozzarella cheese on each garlic bread half.

  3. Place pizzas on a baking sheet and bake for about 13-17 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is heated through. Slice and serve immediately.
