    Orange Citrus Lemonade Punch

The first time I ever heard about Betty's punch was while planning my best friend's baby shower. When we asked if there was anything, in particular, she would like served at the celebration, she asked for Hot Cheesy Spinach Dip and Betty's Punch. After one sip, I knew exactly why this Orange Citrus Lemonade Punch was right at the top of her list.

  • I'm interrupting winter to bring you a sweet summer treat. One that you can make any time of year. I learned how to make Cabin Tea years ago from my bestie's mother in law. Two ingredients are all it takes and you'll be swept right back to those nostalgic warm summer afternoons.

    Cabin Tea (two-ingredients)

I've known my best friend's husband for decades longer than she has. My best friend, Edith, and I grew up in the same town, so how is this possible you ask? Well, his grandparents and my grandparents had cabins on opposite sides of an island on the lake that surrounds my home town. So Matthew (my bestie's husband) and I spent plenty of time together over the years when his family and his cousins would travel up north to visit. On one visit, his mom taught me how to make this easy Cabin Tea.

  • The recipe that STARTED it all! Two Ingredient Tuesdays that is. This recipe for Min-Tea Hot Chocolate is so simple. White hot chocolate mixed with peppermint tea. Min-Tea Hot Chocolate (Two Ingredient)

So, I thought I'd share the recipe that started the whole two-ingredient Tuesdays series. My cousin, Chantelle, had actually mentioned this was her new must-have drink and as soon as she typed in the ingredients I knew I was going to love Min-Tea Hot Chocolate, too!

  • This is my Dad's version of Canada's number one drink. Don's Famous Caesars comes highly recommended, a favourite amongst friends and family. A Clamato base mixed with spices and vodka. Don't let the clam part of Clamato scare you off, it's really quite subtle. Mix up this cocktail, it's perfect for a lazy afternoon.

    Don’s Famous Caesars

If you know my Dad, you know he's famous for a few things. He's the life of the party. He'll happily take you fishing for the elusive lunker and he makes the best caesar around. If you show up at my parent's home, at some point my Dad will inevitably offer you a drink, go ahead and accept. Trust me you don't want to pass up one of Don's Famous Caesars.
