I hate to do this, but I just stumbled upon this recipe for the easiest Homemade Ritz Thin Mints and you guys, they're better than the original. I know, how dare I, those little mint disks are sacred, but with this recipe, I can indulge in the sweet treat as often as I want. And I don't have to wait to run into the troop at the grocery store.
