• White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese (Panera Copycat)

I stumbled upon this White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese by accident. Well, wait, not the macaroni and cheese part, that was intentional, but being a Panera copycat, that part I wasn't expecting. I've been wanting a stovetop macaroni and cheese recipe for years. My go-to has always been that famous blue box which I still love, but today I wanted a gooey, cheesy, rich pasta that only comes from the real deal.

  • Hands up if your McDonald's nugget order includes hot mustard! While not exactly the same, this Hot Mustard Sauce is an extraordinary substitute for the real deal in a pinch. Easy to make and fantastic as a dip, sauce and spread on anything your mustard-loving heart desires.

Hot Mustard Sauce (McDonald’s Almost Copycat)

I'm a HUGE fan of McDonald's Hot Mustard Sauce. It's my top choice, if they don't have hot mustard, I will switch my entire order for something that doesn't require dipping. I have been really lucky out here, though, most of the time it's available, I do cross my fingers when I order because that well could run dry any day. So, to avoid the mustard sauce draught, I decided to come up with my own version. This way when I open that takeout bag and the mustard is missing, I'm already covered!

  • I'm embarrassed to tell you how many hours I've spent trying to find this recipe online. Mini Cheese Biscuits, may not be exactly Jim 'n Nicks famous biscuits, but they are close enough that my family ate an entire batch in one afternoon. Give them a try and let me know how close you think they are!

Mini Cheese Biscuits (Jim n Nick’s copycat)

Since moving to the South, I've been loving the barbecue out here! It's so so good. We pick up a tasty smoked meal from Jim n Nick's at least once a month, but my favourite is the Mini Cheese Biscuits you get with your order. They're insane! So good! There are never any left. They disappear like hotcakes. It's a must! I decided with the world shut down and our family cooped up in our cozy home, it was time to recreate these biscuits.

Restaurant Style Fettuccine Jambalaya (BP copycat)

Have you ever had a dish at a restaurant that ends it for all other dishes? Jambalaya at Boston Pizza, a Canadian restaurant, did it for me. Before I tried their jambalaya, I would usually choose one of their pizzas or I'd make a meal out of one of their fun appetizers, but then I gave the jambalaya a try and I was done for. I have never eaten another dish there since. Being in the south, I have no BP to head to when my spicy noodle cravings hit, so I came up with my own version of Restaurant Style Fettuccine…
