So, Everybody's Favourite Buffalo Chicken Nachos was my husband's birthday request. I wasn't sure if nachos was going to cut it. That was all he wanted, no veg, no salad, no side, unless you count the extra ranch for dipping? This was his birthday, so I obliged. I did sneak in a bowlful of Chunky Guacamole for his mom and I to munch on. She was down visiting and agrees these nachos are delicious.
