I think I've counted eight cake mixes, four containers of mayo, multiple bags of red pepper flakes (which will last forever in this house) and most recently three packages of cilantro, what is that? Maple Grilled Pineapple Slices (Two Ingredients)
The first time I made this, it was on a whim. I was at the cabin and my folks were grilling something on the barbecue, I don't exactly remember what, but I do remember these Maple Grilled Pineapple Slices. Loaded Egg in a Hole
I go through spurts and starts with the Food Network. There will be weeks where I binge-watch as much food-related tv as I can stand and then nothing for months. I went through one of those bouts a few months back. It was a competition show where on one episode two of the contestants both made a version of eggs in a hole and I knew I needed to share my favourite recipe for Loaded Egg in a Hole.

Homemade Greek Seasoning & Mediterranean Roasted Vegetables
I am a huge fan of greek food. I want it all, souvlaki, pita bread, lemon potatoes, dolmades, and feta cheese. Oh and spanakopita, I could live on that flaky cheese pie, alone. Don't even get me started on the desserts. Let's just say, it's one of the most flavour-packed types of cuisine out there. Years ago, I bought a greek dressing mix from Epicure and I used it on everything. Then I ran out, had to come up with my own Homemade Greek Seasoning and I'd put my seasoning up against Epicure's any day!
