Pretzel-Crusted Beer Cheese Macaroni and Cheese
October may have been months ago, but I figure time stands still for good food, right? While this Pretzel-Crusted Beer Cheese Macaroni and Cheese sounds like a total Octoberfest dish (did this even happen last year *sigh), it's absolutely appropriate any time of the year! I've been known to make Hot Beer Cheese Dip in the middle of August, in the hot, humid south because...well cheese + beer + dip, it's kind of self-explanatory!

Polonaise Soup (Tomato Soup with Cheddar and Pasta)
I set out this weekend to make two recipes for the blog, this Polonaise Soup (Tomato Soup with Cheddar and Pasta), was neither of them, but after one bite I knew this was the one I HAD to share right away! It's all comfort and childhood memories rolled into one! Grab your favourite spot on the couch, curl up with a warm blanket and soak up all the winter vibes.

White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese (Panera Copycat)
I stumbled upon this White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese by accident. Well, wait, not the macaroni and cheese part, that was intentional, but being a Panera copycat, that part I wasn't expecting. I've been wanting a stovetop macaroni and cheese recipe for years. My go-to has always been that famous blue box which I still love, but today I wanted a gooey, cheesy, rich pasta that only comes from the real deal.

Southern Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Living in the south, I have become completely enamored with the mac and cheese down here. It's so good! Seriously, since, I moved out here, four years ago, my husband and I have tried so many restaurant versions, I've lost count. But, even with all those samples under our belts, or should I say expanding them, homemade Southern Baked Macaroni and Cheese still takes the cake.
