Living in the south, I have become completely enamored with the mac and cheese down here. It's so good! Seriously, since, I moved out here, four years ago, my husband and I have tried so many restaurant versions, I've lost count. This pasta is perfection! With just a few simple ingredients regular ol' spaghetti transforms into heaven on a plate. Seriously, it's to die for! Yes, I know that sounds a little over the top, but give this a try and tell me I'm wrong. I bet you won't. It's an easy side dish, lunch dish, main dish. Heck, I'd eat this Lemon Garlic Pasta with Parmesan for breakfast, if there was ever any leftovers, it's a real problem.
