The Super Bowl was almost a week ago now, but I'm still craving snacks. Savory snacks with a dipping sauce. These Asian Chicken Meatballs with Peanut Dipping Sauce, to be exact. I made these for the Super Bowl, we devoured them and now we need more! Seriously, these Chicken Meatballs and peanut dipping sauce are good enough that my husband, my picky two year old and myself leveled this dish before halftime.
