• Hey Cutie Pie, Got plans for the first? This Chocolate Raspberry Cream Pie (aka Canada Pie) is perfect for the upcoming national holiday. To my American friends, feel free to borrow it for the fourth, too! A freshly made raspberry jam, a layer of fluffy cream cheese and a chocolate topping create the perfect holiday bite, on a warm summer day.

Who else is ready for backyard barbecues and cold summer desserts? Last summer, when all of our family was home, my cousins and I attempted those strawberry pretzel dessert squares that have been floating around the internet, it was a total flop, but it did prompt a conversation about my cousin Laura's Chocolate Raspberry Cream Pie.

  • True Story. I had no clue this was actually called Dutch Apple Pie until recently. Fran, a family friend, shared her recipe years ago and I've always just called it hers. Classic apple pie filling gets covered in a blanket of buttery, cinnamon sugar-packed crumble. A must make!

Want to know what I love best about apple pie? It's perfect any time of year. Yes, apples are in season in the fall, but they're usually available in the grocery stores all year long and this Dutch Apple Pie never disappoints. It's my favourite. I love the crumble that goes on top, it's totally craveable! In fact, I may have, on more than one occasion, just made the crumble topping to snack on and I've used it in this Dutch Apple Pie Milkshake.

  • Peanut Butter Pie is an easy, no-bake dessert perfect for hot summer days. Cool off at the end of the day with this rich and creamy, yet light as a dream pie. Loaded with peanut butter flavour and finished with extra whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and Reese's peanut butter cups, this sweet treat will end up on replay in your summer dessert playlist.

    Peanut Butter Pie

The first time, I can remember having a slice of Peanut Butter Pie, I was pretty sure I had died and gone to Heaven. It is the best no bake pie in the history of pie, seriously. Years ago, I happened to pop in for a visit at my Grandma's and got invited to stay for dinner and dessert. My grandparents nephew and his wife were visiting and she had made this pie for dessert. Needless to say, I was the first to volunteer to clean the dishes, in the hopes that I could scoop out any extra crumbs.
