Ok, I know I said no more salads, well at least in my mind I did! I had all intentions of taking a break from the green stuff. I've been making salads left and right and it feels like every new salad creation is just a little better than the last one. And I'm pretty sure this Jim n Nick's Copycat Pulled Pork Salad might just be the best one yet.
