I found this recipe for Greek Pasta Salad in a stack of old recipes I was gifted from my Grandma. When my grandmother moved into an assisted living home, my aunt, my uncle and my dad were tasked with selling her house. We were each asked if there was anything we'd like from grandma's home as a keepsake. I knew immediately, what my heart was set on. It was her handwritten recipe cards. And it is a gift I will forever treasure.

Have you ever had a dish at a restaurant that ends it for all other dishes? Jambalaya at Boston Pizza, a Canadian restaurant, did it for me. Homemade Taco Meat
I love tacos and not just on Tuesdays, although, I do love a themed dinner. It makes life easy. I know Tuesday it's tacos, Sundays is for the Best Almost Homemade Spaghetti Sauce. I say this, but I've yet to actually put this into regular practice. High hopes, right!? We all have them! If you're like me, you probably reach for the pre-made, packaged taco seasoning, it's easy. Well, no more! I have a new recipe that is so much better. It takes just a wee bit more time, but it's so worth the extra effort.
