Layered Bacon and Corn Dip is a must for the summer months. Fresh leftover corn paired with crispy bacon layered over a cream cheese base and topped with is addictive. Perfect for a crowd and any long weekend gatherings.
Mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and spices and spread into a rimmed serving plate or casserole dish.
Crumble cooked bacon and break apart any large clumps of corn. I use leftover corn here. Layer the bacon, corn, then tomatoes and green onions. Finish by topping everything with cheddar cheese.
Keep refrigerated until ready to eat. Serve with tortilla chips.
