• White Chocolate Christmas Candy is a must over the holidays. With 3 ingredients & less than 5 minutes, you can have one sweet treat crossed off your list. These never last long and you're guaranteed someone will ask for the recipe, then be totally shocked at the easy recipe. Cereal, heath bits and white chocolate are all it takes. You may know this as trash, crack, snack mix, the good stuff, but no matter what you call it, I think we can all agree, it's addictive.

    White Chocolate Christmas Candy

In our family, there are multiple names that this sweet treat goes by. Auntie Cath's Christmas cereal stuff, the good stuff, Christmas crack (because it's ridiculously addictive), and now I'm renaming it White Chocolate Christmas Candy. But I've also seen it called trash, clusters, and snack mix. The list goes on, but the one thing, I think we all can agree on, is that this snack is a must-every holiday season.

  • Peppermint Kissed Fudge is a must this holiday season. Hershey's Peppermint Kisses and a can of Betty Crocker frosting is all it takes! Heat these two ingredients in the microwave and stir together. Peppermint Kissed Fudge is my favourite straight out of the freezer and is easy enough you can whip up a batch quicker than you can save this recipe!

    Peppermint Kissed Fudge (Two Ingredients)

Fudge is always one of those things that makes me pause an extra minute in a store. If I spot a display case of fudge, I always linger enough to see if there's any flavour that I just have to have! Peppermint is always at the top of this list. When I came across a few two-ingredient recipes for fudge using pre-made frosting. I wondered if this could be made into a peppermint fudge with Hershey's kisses.

  • French Onion & Pickle Dip will quickly become your go-to dip. It starts out with classic french onion flavours but ends with a tangy dill pickle kick. Who knew adding pickles to a favourite chip dip could turn this classic into a new must-have snack.

French Onion & Pickle Dip (Two Ingredient)

I'm literally sitting here eating this French Onion & Pickle Dip as I type and it keeps getting better and better. Each bite starts with the onion dip but then finishes with a tangy kick from the dill pickles. It's surprisingly eventful, is that a weird way to describe a dip? Probably, but you definitely don't expect that sour punch at the end. Paired with salty chips, this snack checks all the boxes.

  • That's how many tries it took my mom and me to figure out my grandma's recipe. She knew it by heart, so I can't really fault her for the minimal instructions and non-existent measurements. My aunt test drove this bad boy and agrees this is it! Grandma's Weekend White Bread is as close to my Grandma's sixteen-loaf Saturday ritual as it gets. It's perfect for sandwiches or with a bit of butter for this year's soup season.

    Grandma’s Weekend White Bread

I had something else planned to write about this week, but when I finally perfected this recipe. I knew I had to share. Grandma's Weekend White Bread is the version my mom and I came up with when we decided to tackle my Grandma's cryptic recipe. You see, the hand-written recipe card was missing instructions and quantities. Making this recipe a bit of challenge, but a fun project for my mom and me.
