Ham and Swiss Pinwheels
It's new year's day and we started the year off right! We slept in and then indulged in these ham and Swiss pinwheels. They are delicious. In fact, I've made these twice in the last seven days. I made them Christmas morning and then again today. Friends, they are quickly climbing the breakfast ladder. Not a breakfast fan? Just in time for thanksgiving, these pumpkin pie millionaire shortbreads will be a hit at your thanksgiving table. The classic millionaire shortbread gets a fall makeover. Grandma’s No Bananas Foster Sauce
Bananas foster holds a soft spot in my little foodie heart. Years ago, my grandma and I took a trip together to St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. It was an amazing trip. I got to spend time with not only my grandma, but also my great aunt who was living there at the time. Besides the fantastic company, beautiful scenery, and salty air there was an assortment of deliciously fresh foods. It’s all I need for an unforgettable vacation.

I had some Brie in the fridge still and decided that would be my cheese layer but now what to add. Bacon. You can’t go wrong with bacon. Brie and bacon sounds good already, don’t you think! I really…

This is the spaghetti sauce I grew up on, the sauce I’ll pass on to my boys. It’s the spaghetti sauce that my mother-in-law couldn’t refused based on the aroma alone.

Everybody loves a hearty breakfast sandwich, amiright? I’m talking the fill-you-up-all-morning kind! This Sweet and Savoury Fully Loaded Breakfast Sandwich is exactly that and will hit the spot, trust me. After putting this surprisingly delicious combo together, I wasn’t sure it would be a hit, but it’s a total win. It all came together one day at the lake. That’s what we northwesterners call the cabin or cottage. My parents have a place just a short boat ride from town, and are the epitome of great hosts. There’s always an open invitation for friends and family to join them any weekend. This…

Hot Cheesy Spinach Dip
I'm about to gush a little, this Hot Cheesy Spinach Dip is that good, it's legendary! It's the dip, I'm known for in my circle of friends, not that I can take credit for it. But I might win the award for the most times it's been made. This spinach dip is creamy and cheesy with just the perfect amount of spice. It's hands down my favorite dip and I'm about to share it with you.
