Mini Cheese Biscuits (Jim n Nick’s copycat)
Since moving to the South, I've been loving the barbecue out here! It's so so good. We pick up a tasty smoked meal from Jim n Nick's at least once a month, but my favourite is the Mini Cheese Biscuits you get with your order. They're insane! So good! There are never any left. They disappear like hotcakes. It's a must! I decided with the world shut down and our family cooped up in our cozy home, it was time to recreate these biscuits.

Hot Dog Chili Sauce
Can I dedicate this one to my husband? Is that weird for a food blogger to dedicate a recipe to someone? Either way, my husband loves chili dogs. If we're looking for a quick meal and neither of us wants to cook. It's fast food for this family and his regular order is chili dogs! So, I made it my mission to find a Hot Dog Chili Sauce that he loves and guys, this is the one!

Weeknight Garlic Bread Pizza
One of my favourite meals, if not my most favourite is pizza. I love pizza in any form, in any shape, in whatever way it's served. I will find any reason to eat pizza. Whether it's the original pie, in a grilled cheese, on top of a burger or even mixed into pasta. But one of my most loved go-to recipes for an easy meal is Weeknight Garlic Bread Pizza.

Bacon Cheddar Canoe Dip
I wasn't going to share this dip. I have my favourite hot dip already on here. Hot Cheesy Spinach Dip is truly my go-to dip, but then I started craving bacon and warm gooey cream cheese loaded with dill and garlic and extra melty cheddar with bread to dip. I think this time of year always makes me want hot snacks and this Bacon Cheddar Canoe Dip is perfect for that. And besides who couldn't use another craveable dip in their repertoire?

Rice Krispie Cheddar Crackers
The first time I stayed at my husband's apartment I reorganized all of his cupboards, no lie. I'm a little embarrassed to tell you this. Who does that? In my defence, nothing had a home. I don't know how anyone lives in that kind of chaos. Now, I don't mean a couple of things were out of place. I'm talking four plates in one cupboard, while two were in another. Five glasses next to the cereal, while the bowls were down with the pots. Needless to say, I reorganized EVERYTHING! As silly as it sounds there was one storage container that found…

Everybody’s Favourite Chicago Dip
Funny story, you know how you'll see a recipe pop up and then all of a sudden every single person you know is making it. Your best friend is making it and your mom's tried it. Your aunt has made it and then three co-workers are talking about it and it's travelled through your circle. That's what happened with Everybody's Favourite Chicago Dip. You see it all started with Cheryl, my coworker. I don't know when she brought it, where she brought it to, or any of the actual first introductions to this dip, but it travelled through our work circle and…

Wonton Wrapped Mozzarella Sticks (two ingredients)
I haven't met a mozzarella stick I didn't like. I mean, really, battered and deep-fried cheese, what isn't there to enjoy? This version using wonton wrappers gives this tasty bite an extra bit of crunch. And with only two ingredients Wonton Wrapped Mozzarella Sticks are easy enough to make any time that ooey-gooey cheesy craving hits.

Homemade Fennel Pizza Sauce
We go through a ton of pizza sauce in our home. We use it weekly! There's always a jar of store-bought sauce in the fridge door. My kids love naan bread pizzas and my husband won't eat a grilled cheese unless he can dip it in pizza sauce. So, it only makes sense that I would come up with a Homemade Fennel Pizza Sauce that I can whip together at home.

Cheesy Chili Dog Dip
So, us bloggers (it's so weird to call myself that because I still feel like such a newbie, even after a year) will plan recipes based on upcoming events, holidays, etc. So, with the Super Bowl right around the corner, it feels totally appropriate to introduce you to this party-worthy Cheesy Chili Dog Dip. It's exactly what it sounds like and oh so good!

Easy Cinnamon Sugar Cronuts (Two Ingredients)
Finding two-ingredient recipes can get a little tricky. I can go the easy route and give you dips and simple fudges, but eventually, we'd both get tired of that. I want new ideas, things I haven't tried, things that intrigue me. You're with me, right? So, I spend a lot of time searching for ideas. This weeks recipe started out as sausage rolls but then took a hard left turn and became Easy Cinnamon Sugar Cronuts
