Min-Tea Hot Chocolate (Two Ingredient)
So, I thought I’d share the recipe that started the whole two-ingredient Tuesdays series. My cousin, Chantelle, had actually mentioned this was her new must-have drink and as soon as she typed in the ingredients I knew I was going to love Min-Tea Hot Chocolate, too!
A few weeks ago I posted a recipe for Grown-Up Cherry Hot Chocolate, it’s delicious! But next to cherries and chocolate, I’m pretty partial to chocolate and mint. This quick two-ingredient recipe mixes white hot chocolate with peppermint tea and is a total dream. The tea flavour is very subtle, but you’ll taste it right near the end.
How to make Min-Tea Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 package of white hot chocolate powdered mix, I found mine here (affiliate link)
- 8 oz. of boiling water (water is a freebie, remember)
- 1 peppermint tea bag
Instructions
- Mix the hot chocolate powder into the boiling water
- Stir in the peppermint tea bag and let steep for a couple of minutes, discard and enjoy.
Min-Tea Hot Chocolate is a delicious mix of something indulgent with something healthy. I like to think because it’s tea, I’m giving my body some much-needed health benefits, but the hot chocolate reminds me that this is also a treat. It’s a great balance and the flavours are so so good!
