This Layered Bacon and Corn Dip, is me holding onto summer as hard as I can. You can feel fall in the air, the trees are starting to turn a pretty sunset shade. I actually watched a few leaves fall the other day. It sounds all lovely, but I'm not ready! I am holding onto the very last bits of summer, like a baby clutches its soother. Seriously, where did the summer go?
