Weeknight Garlic Bread Pizza
One of my favourite meals, if not my most favourite is pizza. I love pizza in any form, in any shape, in whatever way it's served. I will find any reason to eat pizza. Whether it's the original pie, in a grilled cheese, on top of a burger or even mixed into pasta. But one of my most loved go-to recipes for an easy meal is Weeknight Garlic Bread Pizza.

Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken (two ingredients)
You guys I'm totally digging this two-ingredient main dish. Crock Pot Salsa Chicken is exactly what it sounds like. Chicken and salsa slow-cooked until the meat falls apart. The salsa soaks into every fibre of the chicken making this one of the best taco-style chickens, I've come across in a long time. It's perfectly flavoured with just a little spice and as easy as they come.

Vegetable Soup Sloppy Joe Pockets
Vegetable Soup Sloppy Joe Pockets are the clean version of the classic. I know it sounds like a unicorn. First of all, aren't sloppy joes suppose to be messy? But really does anyone like that part? For me, I want to get every last bit into my mouth and not on the plate. Secondly, vegetable soup, the one with noodles, that can't be right. Oh, my friends, it is SO right! These are the first sloppy joes I ever ate and I can't wait to share them with you.

Sweet Potato Tuna Melts
There are certain meals I associate with being healthy. I don't know if it's a personal quirk or if it's a universal trait among people. When I decide it's time to make my health a priority, I have a handful of recipes I love and cycle through repeatedly. These Sweet Potato Tuna Melts being one of them. They make me think I'm making better choices, even though they're not exactly healthy. And they'll make you feel the same, I promise.

Country Herbed Meatloaf
Country Herbed Meatloaf is better than your mama's meatloaf. It might even be better than grandma's. It's definitely better than your best friend's mother's cousins version. This could probably even be called "catch a husband meatloaf", for it just might deliver. It's that good!

How to Make Classic Whistle Dogs
Oh the glorious whistle dog, I feel like they deserve a national holiday. This is nostalgia at its finest. There's really nothing fancy about them, but somehow they always seem to taste better than any other hot dog out there. Did you grow up with an A&W nearby? Have you had a whistle dog? These bad boys were a favourite amongst so many! A&W no longer sells these, but don't fret, I'll teach you How to Make Classic Whistle Dogs that will bring you right back to the original. Now if someone would share their onion ring recipe, I'd have a complete…

Taco Pizza on Naan Bread
When I was little, my Dad would make taco pizza. It was sort of his thing. He didn't do a lot of the cooking, that was more my Mom's domain. He loves to cook now and will experiment and take on any, and every dish, but back in the day, he handled the barbecue, fresh fish and taco pizza. Probably other things too, that I've since forgotten, but this pizza, however, was his jam and my inspiration for Taco Pizza on Naan Bread.

Speckled Easter Egg Vase
I'm totally on a speckle everything kick. As soon as I finished these Speckled Easter Eggs, I wanted to tackle something else. I started thinking about Easter, and then that turned into Easter dinner, and then that turned into ham and scalloped potatoes and then, well, I made lunch. But with all my thoughts gathered around the table, it was obvious what needed speckling next, a centerpiece, of course. A gorgeous robin's egg blue Speckled Easter Egg Vase full of bright flowers, to be exact.

Spanakopita Inspired Grilled Cheese
Creamy, gooey cheeses mixed with fresh spinach and dill are sandwiched between two golden fried slices of brioche bread in this spanakopita inspired grilled cheese. I have been thinking about this grilled cheese for months. A fan of spanakopita (greek pie) for years, I remember sitting in my auntie Cath's kitchen, assembly-line style, making those delicious phyllo packets. She sent me her greek pie recipe last year and I've been putting it off. Written in cryptic code, I'm a little intimidated to try it. It's an add-a-bit-of-this-and-some-of-that type recipe and frankly, I'm nervous. This recipe is a classic, hence my trepidation. They're…
