I stumbled upon this White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese by accident. Well, wait, not the macaroni and cheese part, that was intentional, but being a Panera copycat, that part I wasn't expecting. I've been wanting a stovetop macaroni and cheese recipe for years. My go-to has always been that famous blue box which I still love, but today I wanted a gooey, cheesy, rich pasta that only comes from the real deal.

One of the best, shareable appetizers would have to be Loaded Mile-High Beef Nachos, right?! It's my choice, especially if I'm having to share a dish with anyone, plus everyone gets a generous helping. If you like gooey melty cheese pulls, tasty beef, fresh tomatoes, black beans, corn and a bit of spice, then this dish is for you. What isn't there to love? You know what's the best part though, they're super easy to make at home.

Restaurant Style Fettuccine Jambalaya (BP copycat)
Have you ever had a dish at a restaurant that ends it for all other dishes? Jambalaya at Boston Pizza, a Canadian restaurant, did it for me. Before I tried their jambalaya, I would usually choose one of their pizzas or I'd make a meal out of one of their fun appetizers, but then I gave the jambalaya a try and I was done for. Copycat Broccoli Cheddar Soup
You guys I went through a Panera Bread kick a few weeks back. Literally, it was obsessive. I may have eaten a bowl of soup in my car one afternoon after I'd skipped breakfast and lost track of time. It was so good, but this new infatuation was getting costly. So, I had to come up with a Copycat Broccoli Cheddar Soup and dare I say, it might just be better than the original!

Sausage & Crispy Brussel Sprout Flatbread
You guys! I literally sat on my floor, in front of my oven watching this Sausage & Crispy Brussel Sprout Flatbread bake. I sat there like a little kid watching cookies, or like every baker on the Great British Baking Show at one point or another. And watched and waited, checked the timer and waited some more. Really, it was only 14 minutes, but it felt like a lifetime. I could not wait to sink my teeth into this flatbread and it was so worth the wait! This is crazy good.
