Wild Blueberry Maple Syrup (Two Ingredients)
Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best! Growing up in Northwestern Ontario there was always fresh, wild blueberries in the summer. Let me tell you there is nothing better than those delicious berries on a warm summer morning. But did you know you can buy frozen wild blueberries and while they might not be freshly picked, they're still delicious and pretty darn close to the real deal! I decided to use them today to create a delicious Wild Blueberry Maple Syrup.

Two Ingredient Keto Pancakes
So, I'm going to be completely honest with you. These aren't my favourite pancakes, I wish I could love them, but they're just not my thing. I know, why on earth would I be sharing a Two Ingredient Keto Pancake recipe if I didn't love it. Well, it's because everyone else in my house thinks these are delicious. Both of my boys devour these like they're going out of style. My husband loves that they're low carb. My parents make them all the time and my niece and nephews also adore them.
