When I was younger, I avoided anything with avocados. I convinced myself there was zero chance I’d enjoy the green mush and that was that. I drew a line in the sand. Me on one side, avocados on the other. That was until my Aunt Linda, brought The Best Chunky Guacamole to some gathering. The gathering part doesn't matter. What matters is I tried it and my hatred for the little green gem vanished, along with that dip!

I am a huge fan of greek food. I want it all, souvlaki, pita bread, lemon potatoes, dolmades, and feta cheese. Oh and spanakopita, I could live on that flaky cheese pie, alone. Years ago, I bought a greek dressing mix from Epicure and I used it on everything. Then I ran out, had to come up with my own Homemade Greek Seasoning and I'd put my seasoning up against Epicure's any day!
