Orange Citrus Lemonade Punch
The first time I ever heard about Betty's punch was while planning my best friend's baby shower. When we asked if there was anything, in particular, she would like served at the celebration, she asked for Hot Cheesy Spinach Dip and Betty's Punch. After one sip, I knew exactly why this Orange Citrus Lemonade Punch was right at the top of her list.

Dutch Apple Pie
Want to know what I love best about apple pie? It's perfect any time of year. Yes, apples are in season in the fall, but they're usually available in the grocery stores all year long and this Dutch Apple Pie never disappoints. It's my favourite. I love the crumble that goes on top, it's totally craveable! In fact, I may have, on more than one occasion, just made the crumble topping to snack on and I've used it in this Dutch Apple Pie Milkshake.

Cereal Bark (Two Ingredients)
My husband is a cereal eater. Not the cereal for breakfast kind, but the any other time of day cereal eater. He prefers a bowl of cereal over ice cream at the end of the day, which suits me just fine because it means more of the frozen treat for me. He does, however, have a problem finishing a full box of cereal. Too often, I find almost empty bags, which irks me like crazy, but then I started making the leftovers into Cereal Bark and now I'm not so mad anymore.

Simple Pantry Marinara Sauce
With the world situation the way it is, I think it's safe to assume most of us are playing our own version of chopped, with what we happen to have stashed away in our cupboards! Sriracha Spiced Mayo
There's this super fun spot in the town across from my hometown. It's the summer hangout for most. The season isn't complete without a trip to Sha Sha. And for me, that means a long island tea (or a couple) and a grilled chicken burger with extra pickles and spicy mayo. So, you know what I did this weekend, I pulled out my barbecue, grilled up some chicken breasts for burgers and made some Sriracha Spiced Mayo to top it with!

World’s Best Fruit Dip (Two Ingredients)
This is hands down the World's Best Fruit Dip out there. At least in my opinion. It's creamy, sweet and the absolute best match for fresh fruit. You'll see some imposters out there claiming to be amazing, but I can assure you they have NOT tried this one. It's like a little bowlful of cream cheese with just the right amount of sweetness from the marshmallow creme.

Mini Cheese Biscuits (Jim n Nick’s copycat)
Since moving to the South, I've been loving the barbecue out here! It's so so good. We pick up a tasty smoked meal from Jim n Nick's at least once a month, but my favourite is the Mini Cheese Biscuits you get with your order. They're insane! So good! There are never any left. They disappear like hotcakes. It's a must! I decided with the world shut down and our family cooped up in our cozy home, it was time to recreate these biscuits.

Loaded Egg in a Hole
I go through spurts and starts with the Food Network. There will be weeks where I binge-watch as much food-related tv as I can stand and then nothing for months. I went through one of those bouts a few months back. It was a competition show where on one episode two of the contestants both made a version of eggs in a hole and I knew I needed to share my favourite recipe for Loaded Egg in a Hole.
