Fresh Pineapple Sorbet (Two Ingredients)
For those who say you can’t eat frozen dessert in the winter, this Fresh Pineapple Sorbet will change your mind! It’s insanely good! Pineapple on its own is always a treat, but blended smooth with a bit of honey makes this quick dessert pretty irresistible. It’s not a treat I will ever pass up. I’ve been thinking about this cool snack since the first time I made it.
I’m on the hunt for pineapple sales at all my local grocery stores, just so I can stock up on fresh pineapple. Now not only is this quick to make, but it’s also only two ingredients. I’m pretty sure if you’re here reading this, you like an easy recipe just as much as I do. Welcome friend, stick around, I have plenty more where this comes from!
HOW TO MAKE Fresh Pineapple Sorbet
INGREDIENTS
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 6 tbsp honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- To start, clean up the pineapple, peel, core and cut it into small chunks. Place it in a Ziploc bag and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop the pineapple into a high-powered blender along with the honey and pulse until smooth and fully combined.
- Serve immediately.
This is by far my new favourite quick frozen dessert. I love pineapple but with the hint of honey, it just sends this right over the top. It’s the perfect way to end the day. This might seem like a summer dessert, but I believe a treat is a treat, regardless of the season. And after a bite, I’m sure you’ll agree.
