Sugar-Free Pistachio Mousse (Two Ingredients)
In this house, we love a sugar-free, low-carb dessert. I mean, really who doesn't. We've been making these mousse cups since they first showed up on the web a few years back. I think it was when keto became all the rage. No one in our house is following the keto diet but we do love this Sugar-Free Pistachio Mousse. It's beyond easy to make, has a perfect velvety texture and is downright delish!

Brown Butter Banana Cake with Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting
Ever have one of those weeks were every time you walk past the bananas on the counter, you notice they're getting more and more fragrant. That's been me this last week. I knew I had to do something about those overly ripe bananas, but I kept putting it off. There's not much you can do with bananas once they hit that wonderfully brownish appearance and odorous stage of life, but you can bake with them and they're perfection in baked goods! So that's exactly what I did. I made Brown Butter Banana Cake with Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting.

Hot Chocolate Whipped Cream (two ingredients)
Yes, you read that right! Hot Chocolate Whipped Cream is exactly what it sounds like but it's even tastier than you could imagine. Take your desserts to the next level with just two ingredients. Create a fun twist on everybody's beloved hot drink by turning it into a fluffy whipped cream perfect for topping all your favourite sweets.

Heart-Shaped Brown Sugar Palmiers (two ingredients)
Just in times for Valentine's Day, these Heart-Shaped Brown Sugar Palmiers are the perfect cookie to share with your loved one. They're crunchy and crispy and caramel-y. A tasty treat using only two ingredients. And so easy to make your kids can do this one. My son has been calling them snail cookies, which I think is adorable and totally appropriate. Seriously, so cute!

Butterscotch layered Rice Krispie Squares
I miss my grandma. It'll be exactly six months tomorrow that she passed away. And tomorrow would've been her birthday. It seems like yesterday we were sitting in her kitchen, finishing lunch with a helping of whichever dessert she'd just made. She made a lot of delicious sweets, but Butterscotch Layered Rice Krispie Squares was a treat I had never had, before now.

Fresh Pineapple Sorbet (Two Ingredients)
For those who say you can't eat frozen dessert in the winter, this Fresh Pineapple Sorbet will change your mind! It's insanely good! Pineapple on its own is always a treat, but blended smooth with a bit of honey makes this quick dessert pretty irresistible. It's not a treat I will ever pass up. I've been thinking about this cool snack since the first time I made it.

Chocolate Chip and Toffee Banana Muffins
We love Chocolate Chip and Toffee Banana Muffins in this house! My kids gobble them up like they're the best things ever, and if I'm being frank, I do too! There's something so comforting about a banana muffin. Add in the chocolate chips and toffee bits and they become a really special treat. And on top of everything else, they're environmentally friendly, oh you read that right! Instead of throwing out those ugly old bananas, we're using them to whip up this favourite!

White Chocolate Puffcorn (Two Ingredient)
You guys know how much I like the sweet-savoury combo. I mean c'mon now, a sweet treat that gets a hit of salt at the end, is there anything better? It's a snack, I will literally stand next to, making sure I get the last bite! White Chocolate Puff Corn should, however, come with a warning label. This stuff is beyond addictive. Puffcorn on its own can be an obsession coat it in chocolate and, well, good luck staying away!

Easy Microwave Peanut Brittle
If I'm being honest here, my Mom's Easy Microwave Peanut Brittle is so much better than the stuff you buy in shops. Even the fancy candy shop versions don't hold a candle to my moms. It's airy, peanutty and best of all it's super easy. It takes maybe twenty minutes and a bit of freezing time and you've got a Christmas sweet that will be a total hit.

Peanut Butter Dessert Sauce
Can you believe I've never made a homemade peanut butter dessert sauce? I haven't even bought a jar of it from the grocery store. I do, however, love peanut butter. You'll find it in all my Dairy Queen blizzards, sometimes even in their milkshakes. It makes a perfect snack and I tend to sustain myself most mornings on peanut butter and honey toast. With all that said, it only makes sense that I would add Peanut Butter Dessert Sauce to my repertoire.
