French Onion & Pickle Dip (Two Ingredient)
I'm literally sitting here eating this French Onion & Pickle Dip as I type and it keeps getting better and better. Each bite starts with the onion dip but then finishes with a tangy kick from the dill pickles. It's surprisingly eventful, is that a weird way to describe a dip? Probably, but you definitely don't expect that sour punch at the end. Paired with salty chips, this snack checks all the boxes.

I did sneak in a bowlful of Chunky Guacamole for his mom and I to munch on. She was down visiting and agrees these nachos are delicious.

I love her texts, especially the ones about food. We've been friends since we were three, that's over three decades of friendship. Creamy Feta Party Dip with Bruschetta Topping
My girlfriend, Gabe, called me a few weeks back, and wanted a bit of advice on a dip she wanted to serve. She was going to serve bruschetta, but her bread always gets soggy, (it happens) so she wanted to flip the script, and change it into a dip. We brainstormed back and forth until we settled on a cream cheese base with tomato bruschetta on top. It didn't quite translate as well as we imagined. But with a bit more chit chat Creamy Feta Party Dip with Bruschetta Topping was born.
