Easter Peanut Butter Cookie Bars
Did the Easter Bunny visit your house last weekend? Was he extra generous? Did he leave behind mountains of sugar-infused energy stockpiles for kids that are already going a little stir crazy? Why did I do this to myself {face palm}, are you asking yourself the same thing? I've got a fun way to use up some of those extra candies you may have an overload of. Wild Blueberry Maple Syrup (Two Ingredients)
Sometimes the simplest recipes are the best! Growing up in Northwestern Ontario there was always fresh, wild blueberries in the summer. Let me tell you there is nothing better than those delicious berries on a warm summer morning. But did you know you can buy frozen wild blueberries and while they might not be freshly picked, they're still delicious and pretty darn close to the real deal! I decided to use them today to create a delicious Wild Blueberry Maple Syrup.

White Chocolate Orange Muffins
My friends, these White Chocolate Orange Muffins are delicious. You may laugh at me, but this blog post started out all backwards. You see, I normally decide what I want to create, test the recipe, photograph said recipe, write the blog post and then figure out social media. Now, in this case, it started with social media.

Double Peanut Butter Easter Blossoms
I'm a huge fan of peanut butter and chocolate. My husband brings home Reese's peanut butter cups, every year for me on our anniversary, he gets me! But I've never been a big fan of peanut butter cookies. I live in the camp where cookies should always be soft and more often than not, peanut butter cookies just aren't. So, I set out on a mission to find a recipe for soft and chewy cookies that I could use in these Double Peanut Butter Easter Blossoms.

Sugar-Free Pistachio Mousse (Two Ingredients)
In this house, we love a sugar-free, low-carb dessert. I mean, really who doesn't. We've been making these mousse cups since they first showed up on the web a few years back. I think it was when keto became all the rage. No one in our house is following the keto diet but we do love this Sugar-Free Pistachio Mousse. It's beyond easy to make, has a perfect velvety texture and is downright delish!

Brown Butter Banana Cake with Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting
Ever have one of those weeks were every time you walk past the bananas on the counter, you notice they're getting more and more fragrant. That's been me this last week. I knew I had to do something about those overly ripe bananas, but I kept putting it off. There's not much you can do with bananas once they hit that wonderfully brownish appearance and odorous stage of life, but you can bake with them and they're perfection in baked goods! So that's exactly what I did. I made Brown Butter Banana Cake with Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting.

Just in times for Valentine's Day, these Heart-Shaped Brown Sugar Palmiers are the perfect cookie to share with your loved one. They're crunchy and crispy and caramel-y. A tasty treat using only two ingredients. And so easy to make your kids can do this one. My son has been calling them snail cookies, which I think is adorable and totally appropriate. Butterscotch layered Rice Krispie Squares
I miss my grandma. It'll be exactly six months tomorrow that she passed away. And tomorrow would've been her birthday. It seems like yesterday we were sitting in her kitchen, finishing lunch with a helping of whichever dessert she'd just made. She made a lot of delicious sweets, but Butterscotch Layered Rice Krispie Squares was a treat I had never had, before now.
