Maple Grilled Pineapple Slices (Two Ingredients)
The first time I made this, it was on a whim. I was at the cabin and my folks were grilling something on the barbecue, I don’t exactly remember what, but I do remember these Maple Grilled Pineapple Slices. It’s a super simple recipe with only two ingredients, so it’s pretty hard to forget. But beyond being super easy, it’s an incredible summer dessert, top it with a bit of ice cream and it’s amazing!
Pineapple is a delicious fruit all on its own, but grilled warm and basted with maple syrup, makes these tasty slices even better. It mellows out any tartness and leaves being a sweet treat with just a hint of maple that is the perfect addition to a bowlful of cold vanilla ice cream, on a warm summer night.
